Old Experiment character (design) Adopted

This is a Lilo and Stich experiment I adopted from Rosieposie38 and quite frankly he...is just....Bad&$$ Man! I have yet to think up both a name, function, experiment number, and a background history so until then.....please enjoy it/him in meantime....and hopefully I'll try to draw him and so forth....okay then I think enough is said for now....okay until next time people.....PEACE!! ^_^
